Ray Almir. I was born in Saudi Arabia and raised in Syria till the age of 20, then I moved to Allentown, PA, in 2006, and I am still here today.

Tell us a little more about what your company does and how it started. How does it help your customers?

Eagle Tec, established in 2016, is a premier electronics repair and sales destination. We provide fast, reliable repairs and hardware diagnostics for all smartphone brands, tablets, and laptops. Our customers rely on our unmatched repair speed, competitive pricing, and the largest in-stock selection of devices in the state.

If someone wants to start a business, what advice would you give them?

Never give up. Even during challenging or prolonged difficult periods, do not retreat or surrender. Stay resilient and fight for your dream until you achieve it.

What is one piece of feedback from a happy customer or client that you won't forget?

One customer noted that our team provides the gold standard of customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and making every repair experience legendary.

Where do you see your company in the future?

In the future, I plan to expand by opening new branches in other areas of Pennsylvania that currently lack comprehensive electronics repair shops.

What is the biggest misconception about your industry?

A major misconception is that electronics repair is easy and can be done simply by watching tutorials. In reality, modern devices are highly complex, and proper repair requires years of professional experience, specialized training, and hands-on expertise to avoid causing further damage.

What has been one of your biggest struggles building your business, and how did you deal with it?

One of the biggest struggles was establishing the business in a developing downtown area from 2016 to 2019. Due to heavy construction and a lack of surrounding businesses, customer traffic was extremely low. I persevered by balancing the store's early operations with driving for Uber during off-hours to support my family until the area began to thrive.

Who was your favorite music artist and athlete growing up?

Growing up, my favorite music artists were Michael Jackson and Ace of Base, and my favorite athlete was Michael Jordan.
