So nice to meet you! First off, what’s your name? Tell our readers a bit about yourself—where you’re from originally and where you live now.

Hello! My name is Sun Ramocan (she/her). I was born in Jamaica, grew up in Michigan and Georgia, and now live in Colorado. I have a bachelor’s in healthcare administration from Bowling Green State University and a master of public health from the University of Colorado Anschutz. I have a four-year-old goldendoodle named Sully, and I love to solo travel, paddleboard, and spend time admiring art or crafting.

Tell us one thing you love about where you live now.

I love the slower pace and laid back atmosphere of Colorado, not to mention it is beautiful here!

Tell us a little more about what your company does and how it started. How does it help your customers?

The Love Bridge started in June 2026. I was laid off from my corporate healthcare consulting job in April 2026 and decided it was time to pursue a path that would be more aligned with my values, feel more sustainable and help me heal my own nervous system in the process. I have been a practicing Kundalini Reiki Master and a sound medicine practitioner for years, I started reading tarot last year, and I decided it was time to share my gifts. I received my NLP certification in 2025 and completed an ICF-accredited holistic coaching program this year. I aim to be ICF credentialed by the end of the year.

The Love Bridge was built on the belief that the relationship you have with yourself informs every aspect of your life. We also believe that everyone deserves access to rest, safety and calm in their bodies. Through nervous system regulation and a strong understanding of self, I help my clients navigate grief, identity exploration, family dynamics, intergenerational trauma and so much more. I center the experiences of all my clients with consideration to their unique identities and experiences. I am passionate about the healing and empowerment of women and QTBIPOC communities.

I provide self-love and relationship coaching, tarot, energy work, and sound medicine services. As a holistic practitioner, I typically pair several modalities together to provide my clients with customized and comprehensive care.

If someone wants to start a business, what advice would you give them?

Don't let your perfectionism stop you from starting. It takes audacity and great courage to bet on yourself, and that's why most people don't. Don't be most people.

What is one piece of feedback from a happy customer or client that you won't forget?

"LIFE CHANGING!! I’ve had multiple reiki/sound bath/tarot combination sessions with Sun and each time has been incredibly healing and truly feels like a spiritual/emotional/mental reset. She puts such intention and care into her practice, her space, her guidance, her energy and you can feel it. She has such a gift, if you have the opportunity to have a session with her I very highly recommend!! She’s insightful and has a very calming and comforting energy. The tarot reading was so connected to what I am currently experiencing in my life and help me see a perspective I hadn’t considered before. Both the sound bath and the Reiki were physically palpable experiences. Sun provided a recap of what she saw and experienced during my session, and what I could expect in the coming weeks physically and mentally. It was so incredibly powerful to hear how what I was experiencing was visible to someone else without me having to say anything. The whole experience was a 10/10 and I will certainly be seeing her every chance I get."

Where do you see your company in the future?

I see my company being global, allowing me to host pop-ups and partner with other wellness practitioners across the globe. There is so much healing that can happen from cross-pollination, skill sharing and being open to expanding on our gifts and skills.

What is the biggest misconception about your industry?

That energy and sound medicine need to be gatekept, and that self-love coaching is a woo-woo cash grab. I tell my clients all the time, energy and sound medicine work a lot like taking an aspirin: you do not need to believe in it for it to work. I empower all of my clients to understand their own energy makeup and listen to their bodies so they can step into their power and learn to heal themselves.

Self-love is critical to our ability to function at the frequency of our higher selves. Self-love is often thought of as spa days and treating yourself, but it is so much more than that. Through coaching, I support my clients in navigating shadow work and integrating parts of themselves that feel inaccessible or hard to love so that they can meet themselves wholly, authentically and with compassion.

What has been one of your biggest struggles building your business, and how did you deal with it?

The fear of being perceived has been my biggest struggle to overcome. It is tough being a private person and an introvert whilst also being a solopreneur. People connect to stories and real people, not necessarily services, and I just remind myself this is part of the process. It’s been a crash course in exposure therapy over the last several months, but it has also been such a rewarding experience, and I have made so many beautiful connections along the way that I’m not sure would have been possible if I had let my fear lead me.

Rihanna.
